Epic users need a Steam-Account to log in - no need to own ARK there just any Steam-Account.

STACKING RANKS
VIP and MVP ranks: The points cant be stacked, the higher rank is only prioritized for points.
Under certain conditions when combining ranks, you can maybe do upgrade to a higher rank or gift it to a friend, please clarify this before in a Discord-Ticket.

DELIVERY TIME

The ranks are delivered automatically and should take a maximum of 15 minutes.
Pls open a ticket if you still dont get your order after 20 minutes.
